Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are recommended so we can reserve time for you and your pet.

Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes. We're open Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, so you can bring your pet in on the weekend. We're closed on Sundays.
What should I do if my pet is having an emergency?
During business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM), call us right away at (707) 539-3393 so we can get ready for your pet.

What animals do you see?
We care for dogs and cats only. We don't see exotic pets such as birds, reptiles, rabbits, ferrets or pocket pets. For those, please look for a clinic with an exotics veterinarian.
What are your payment options?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and CareCredit. Payment is due at the time of service.
We also offer payment plans through Cherry, so you can pay over time.

We're in the Lakeside Shopping Center on Montgomery Drive, with easy parking right outside. Most of our families come from nearby, including Rincon Valley, Bennett Valley, Oakmont, Fountaingrove and Spring Lake & Skyhawk, and many drive in from across Sonoma County.
